The Sims 3 Lags?

I have downloaded The Sims 3 and all the expansion packs and stuff packs. I downloaded all the store content with the fix. I downloaded loads of mods from NRaas and modthesims. I'm ready to play. But the game takes a painstakingly long time to load. So I thought I'll just wait. And ingame, just while I'm enjoying the game, my sim won't move (lags) for a while. Happens once every few seconds. It gets really frustrating. Nights become longer because the clock kept lagging. Now, I find it hard to enjoy my game. I already have Overwatch and Mastercontroller installed. I also use NRaas Storyprogression. Using Mastercontroller to reset everything doesn't work. All my drivers are updated. I edited the Sims.ini file for maximum memory to 4 GB. Doesn't work. I set my graphics card to enable V-Sync. Doesn't work. I lower down the graphics settings. Doesn't work. I also use GameBooster to turn off everything every time I launch the game. I've asked everywhere and I still can't get an answer. Maybe somebody over here can help?
P.S: I really enjoyed the downloads you guys made at Games4TheWorld. And I love the store content on mediafire too. But just help me fix my problem, please!

Did you try to play it before adding all the store content and mods?

Backup/Remove Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3, and try after that. It will remove all mods and content from your game, seeing if that is the reason you are having it lag.

Will the store content installed in .sims3pack cause lags/long load times? I really want those store contents... I'll also try to cut down my mods to only a few... Hopefully it'll improve...

So if I install the store content with CCmagic, and use only a few mods (I plan to use NRaas SP, MC, OW and ET) the game will no longer lag? Thank you very much if this works...

I've installed the store content with CCMagic and now there's a folder called Mods/Cache/Sets/Default with 5 package files sizing 4.49 GB. I've retained all my mods and tried to play. The game is still laggy. (I'm using a world called Legacy Island II which should be smaller) I'm using 85 mods (not much?) 56 of which are NRaas mods.

Wow I think the amount of CC and Mods are way too much. I use less than 1 GB store content and no Mods at all and my game runs smooth on high settings. I also use CC Magic, which helped a lot. Sims3Packs are more laggy. But I would say, just cut the amount of store objects and mods. And are store objects nearly 5GB together ?

How do you have 56 NRaas mods? I'd definitely go through those, and pick the ones you can't play without and get rid of the rest. That is a lot of mods to keep track of when needing to update, and that alone will cause lag, even when using CCmagic.

I played the game with the 4.49 GB custom content in 5 package files with 5 more NRaas mods (MC, SP, OW, ET) but still I have lags?!
