"Sims3launcher has stopped working" error.

hey! I'm a new member and i downloaded the latest fix for the sims 3 and i did everything i was told in the installation text [only for the base game because i had the base game only] but when i clicked on the sims 3 launcher it just popup "Sims3launcher has stopped working". I try reinstalling it and still it doesnt work. Could you help me to figure a way out cause i did badly want to play the updated sims version with CC.

If you only have the base game, applying our The Sims 3 fix from HERE, should fix your problem.

If it didn't, please install our Late Night and Outdoor Living Stuff expansions from www.games4theworld.org and then re-apply the fix.
