Please can someone help me? (Custom Content) [SOLVED]

Firstly, can I just say thank you so much for the game, i've been trying to download it for ages and it finally worked. The game works fine, I just can't for the life of me figure out how to do custom content & please without sounding rude, please don't reply to this with a /tutorial/ from Mod the Sims or any other site, i don't understand them. I'm very bad with things like this, so if someone could please just tell me in the simplest ways how to get it to work? or if it's even possible with a download?

Custom Content?
Oh it's simple actually, there are 2 kind(s) of Custom Content :
1. .sims3pack
2. .package

Lets start from the easiest one, .sims3pack.
Put all of your downloaded CC to
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads.
Open launcher and go to Download section, select the CC and click INSTALL. Wait until the CC installed, then click OK, play or close Launcher.

http://chii.modthesims.info/FrameworkSetup.zip
Open with WinRar/7-zip/WinZip and extract to
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
Extract the folder called Mods
put all your .package CC into Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages
DONE!

NOTE :
You need to patch your game at least 1.26 to make the CC work correctly.
