Cannot Install CC with Launcher HELP!

Okay when I install things with the launcher from tsr or the sims exchange says it installed but when I go in the game its not there, but all my CC from my "mods" folder are there I'm not really sure whats going on I never had this issue before, i had to reformat so that is why i got a fresh sims reinstalled and i even did it twice still having this issue any suggetions? would be greatly apprieciated to who ever helps! ;D and this is any CC from anywhere that has to be used with the launcher so no not the ones u put in the "mods" folder only the "downloads"

I strongly reccomend using CC Magic for your CC. Google it, download and install it. Put all your .Sims3Packs or .package files in the downloads folder and run the program (before doing that make sure you have uninstalled all the CC from your game). Read CAREFULLY the CC Magic guide, as it is important for you to know how the program operates. You can install items from TSR and Exchange using the program.

Remember: CC Magic cannot install worlds or patterns made with the EA Create-A-Pattern tool. Any other CC is fine to be installed with CC Magic.

ok thanks but how can i install my worlds and patterns if they dont work with the launcher? i never had this issue before >.<

Well, when you download the .Sims3Packs and double click them, what happens exactly?

it shows they install but when i go in the game they are not there
