Game Lags In CAS

So after downloading the expansions, except for W.A., I installed and everything went smoothly. The game is fine, until I get to the Create A Sim menu. It's fine when you're working with the hair or the face, but as soon as you get to loading the clothing, It lags like a ! It makes my game unresponsive for a few seconds where the music even stops playing, but as soon as it loads everything gets back to normal. I have no custom content installed, and this only started happening as soon as I started playing it, and I doubt it's my computer.

i7 3770k
1tb HD
16gb Ram
Nvidia GTX 660 2gb

Any suggestions? Or is it just a faulty install, because I would REALLY hate having to re-install 14 expansion packs

It could be a issue with a installation of one of them, but no real ability to check that without uninstall and then re-install them.

But other then this, your able to play everything normally and such?

Nope, nothing. It happened on the first launch, and has been recurring. Honestly, I'm too lazy to uninstall everything and re-install it, lol. Thanks, though!

How tech-savvy are you? Are you competent with modifying the registry? If so I'll send you a private message on how to disable expansions one-by-one to see if it's a specific expansion causing your issue.
