Store Premium Content Not Working.[SOLVED]

Hi everyone from planet Earth

I downloaded the Japanese set, Circus set and Monte Vista- The only ones containing content which do not work, all the others are perfect and I thank you for that.

The Japanese cooking thing will Not allow me to create food but only to perform tricks.
The Chocolate fountain from the circus set will not allow the sims to dunk food in the chocolate and the straw does not appear when drinking from the fountain. There are also no moodlets that appear.
With Mote Vista the coking oven says there are no interactions available- I have tried multiple fixes including places it in different rooms, worlds and families. I have also tried it with a sim that has level 5 in cooking to no avail.
The new wedding cake cannot be placed anywhere not even when I activate MO, it keep the red outline.

Extra Information
I do not have any mods except for those which fixed the ice-cream maker.
I do not have any custom content in my game.
