my sims 3 is buggy after install store item?

recently i installed store item,
and my games get more buggy then ever

one time, my sims just got back from work
and her energy is down to orange
so i let her sleep on a bed
but she keep on canceling the action

and another one is when her hunger bar is red
i keep on click the fridge for cooking but she said she can't move in her position ( it a big open space BTW)

even my sibling had this problem after playing in their neighborhood (separately)
hope someone can help

i apply the fixes already,
and nwo my sims 3 are getting worse
now it freeze anytime in the games
the animation is on, but everything else freeze!!
getting really frustrated

yes, but recently, i been cleaning my sims 3 mods
cause few weeks ago there was a "stopped working" problem
so i removed all mods and carefully install them in.
but after i installed store item, it get buggy-ier and buggy-ier as day pass by

trying now, i'll try to answer back ASAP

ok, so i try retrace my step from adding store item n CC.
so let me ask you a Qs miss Lady
does the stones tower green house package file cause problem ?
cause when i tried removing it from the folder in doc
it ok
much less freezing prob
but of cause
i just tested for like an hour and a half.

i removed the stone house
the result is better, it take longer time to before it freeze -,-
so i tried uninstall the ice lounge set
and freeze faster thn before -,-

is it correct if i put both sims3pack fix and package file fix instead of just one ?

Open (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup and find a .package file called "ccmerged.package".
If it’s not there, unrar "ccmerged.package" and place the .package file in this folder. Never rename this package!

so i have ccmerged.package right from the beginning ( from the game)

A lot of people, for some reason, don't have a ccmerged package. So it's provided. Personally, I replace mine every time I update the store fixes, but I don't think it's something that is required, it just makes me feel better to update it.

i was kinda panicked during i was fixing the sism 3 ><

tried again today
but this time,
i replace the store fix with the latest one
and it lag alot even when i put almost everything in medium
it freeze a few time and had to restart the games.

that would be

for store one
i only installed
- nov
- stones tower graden ( REMOVED )
- ice lounge set

tonight i tried playing sims 3 again after i removed some lot that was suddenly added by the store item ( lot name is "10" )
and re-replace store fixes
and this time, i can't go over the loading screen after i open my neighborhood D:
it getting worse TT

now i tried playing it
everything in option was set back to normal
which the graphic was in high
but then i got this prob when i tried to save after edit my town
it freeze ?
