Hello,
Start by temporarily disabling your mods. You can do this by removing the mods folder from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Just keep the folder on your desktop for now, then see if the error persists.

Re: incert disk problem after seasons install
Hello,
Hmm... Do you still have the original mod packages? Usually when the game is patched, or a new pack is installed, several mods need to be updated. For this reason, it's not recommended to combine mods (cc is fine, it doesn't cause issues).
I have a feeling you may have a no cd mod in there that's causing this problem. Conflicting mods don't cause a no disk error, they cause other problems.
I'll be away from the pc for the rest of the day unfortunately, I'm celebrating Christmas with my family and I'm leaving the house in 45 minutes. So I hope you can work this out by yourself, or with Admin's help.
Happy holidays!

Hello,
What if you put all Mods back in groups of like 10 and then test your game afterwards.
Keep on doing so, until you find all "Corrupt" Mods. Take those out and your game should work like a charm.

Re: incert disk problem after seasons install
Hello,
You mean Delphy's Dashboard?
It can help, but that tool doesn't always make the right diagnosis. It's worth a try though, but if you do find problem mods with the dashboard, it's probably best if you manually remove them from the mods folder and put them in a temporary folder.
