Installing store items

How do install them? should I just download the files and double click on them? Is there a tutorial? I din't find one, sorry.
Plus, do the complete month files have all (i mean ALL) the files from that month?

Hello,
Yes, "COMPLETE" downloads have everything from that specific month.
.Sims3Pack files can be installed by double-clicking them. That will take quite a while if you have a lot of files to be installed, so there's an easier way:
1. Put all your .Sims3Pack files in: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads
2. Open your The Sims 3 launcher and navigate to the "Downloads" tab.
3. Click "Select all" and then "Install".
4. All the .Sims3Pack files will now be installed at once.
5. Have fun!
As for .package files (usually Mods), please use this little guide: http://www.mediafire.com/view/?ry6rjf1r3mbta4c

There's a possibility that it won't work to install them all at once though, if that happens, you'll have to install them 20 at a time (at most).

I just installed al the store items I had downloaded (by pasting the files in the Downloads folder and installing via launcher) but when I opened the launcher again, they all showed up as uninstalled...

The launcher does that quite often. The real question is whether or not they are still showing up in-game.
