Build Mode Crashes: Send Error Report / Don't Send

I just installed a not original copy of The Sims 3 Pets. And I got the problem with "Unable to verify that your disc is a valid copy blablabla please contact costumer service" thing. I installed the Ultimate Fix according to the guide. And everything seems fine until this build mode error occurs. So far, I've encounter the problem in build mode (because every time it crashes, I would open the game and start building things that lost because of crash). The screen turn black, but the build mode song is still playing smoothly. The thing is this window that says something about Send Error Report and Don't Send appears. I don't know what to do.

Yep, I just downloaded it today. Nope, everything works normally until that Send Error Report crash in Build Mode. I'm not sure if the crash will occur in other place though, as I experience it only when I am in Build Mode. At this point I only use the Build Mode when playing because I've just started a new family. And the game crashes. I restarted and start playing in Build Mode again because I want to continue what I've lost. And the crash occurs again.

Hmm, it's random. Okay thanks I'll try that first thing tomorrow when I can access my PC.

I did this. I start the game, and I try to log in into my Sims Account (I never try this before). And when I try to load my save file the window closes and I return to my desktop.
Now I try to start the game again, but I didn't log in into my Sims Account. And it run pretty well. I save the game several times. But around the 3rd time I save the game, an error occured saying:
"An unexpected error has ocurred while saving: Error Code 12. Please consult the readme for details."
What should I do?

Error code 12 is indicative of the game not having enough memory - physical or virtual. You can try increasing the amount of virtual ram available to Windows (thus the game) by following this guide.
