sims 3 medieval: i cant even install the game!

I'm not a noob I dld all the sims 3 and got them up and running but I cannot get sims medieval to install. during installation done exactly as instructions say it asks me for a disk. so how am i meant to install the game? do i need to copy files to disk?
any help will be much appreciated

If I'm not mistaken, you should mount first the file.

It may depend on the the file you used to install the game, but my istallation here did not require that I mount the game, just unrar and then run the seup file listed in the instructions, then move the cracked files over from the unrared folder. I then use the TSM.exe to play and not run the launcher as that seems to ask for the disk. Of course that is just how I installed mine, I don't know what version you downloaded so it maybe yours does need mounting
