Currently getting a "There was a error during startup"

I tried to install the crack into the sims 3 but its not working .

Have you tried the Registry Helper? If it doesn't show any yellow triangles on the left hand side of an expansion's name (to the right of the icon for that expansion), then everything is fine in the registry; showing us a screenshot of Supernatural's registry entries alone doesn't help much in resolving an issue in the registry if there is one.
