Sims 3 Start Disk ISO issue

I have looked through the forums for the answer and I have been unable to locate one so I decided I should just ask.

When I attempt to extract the files from the base game after downloading, I am getting an error saying "Can not extract files from archive. Archive file is corrupt or incomplete."

The other files from the .rar extracted with no issue, it was just the The_Sims_3_StartDisk.iso that cannot be extracted.

I don't know if this is a known issue with a fix or what but according to my torrent software it downloaded without issue so I am unsure of that the problem could be.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Further info:

After Force Checking the file multiple times I keep
coming up with one missing piece, my torrent software then goes and
downloads the supposed missing piece and after trying another extract on
the file it still does not work. I've now Force Checked and
re-downloaded the missing piece 15 times to no avail.

Another update:

Re-downloaded the file, still seems to be missing
a piece. Force checking the file and re-downloading the missing piece
still not successful in fixing the issue. =/

Try recheck and redownload using different torrent client, like bitcomet, note that u need not redownload the whole file again, just copy the file into the new torrent client destination folder and open the same torrent file using the new torrent software and recheck it, it should start at 99.9%, it works for me, sorry for my poor grammar.

I ended up just getting a copy elsewhere, thanks for the suggestion though I'll keep that in mind for the future!
