Strange issues with expansions

Sorry, posted this in the wrong place first.
No text is showing up. The main menu of the game (where you select your save file or start a new game and such) has pretty much nothing on it. The buttons that are there can't be clicked except for the options button, but when it is clicked, it just brings up a blank drop down menu. If it helps. I'm running Windows 8 64bit and own the retail copies of the base game and seasons, and I've downloaded all expansions, put in the fix and the patches/cracks.
I changed the DEP as well.
The game worked fine when it was just base+seasons, but after I installed all the expansions it started doing this. It does it with all of them. It starts out strange too because right before the first EA logo pops up it minimizes.

I did try that and it didn't work. I finally got it to work. I don't know why and I don't know what the problem was. As long as I don't use any cracks and don't install 70's 80's and 90's Stuff I can run it from the Season's disc and icon on the desktop. Every time I tried to use a crack several of the expansions I had
already installed would suddenly not show up on the list of installed
expansions. Everything seems to be working fine so far and everything is there. *Shrugs* It works so I'm not complaining. Thank you for the downloads and trying to help.
