I need help..(Sims 70s 80s and 90s stuff) serial numbers arent working. [SOLVED]

Ive downloaded it.. and the serial numbers (all 3 of them) wont work in my game.. saying the serial numbers are invalid..

Try one of them.

None those worked either.. Im not sure whats happening but i never had a problem like this when i downloaded your games in the past.. Could it be something im doing on my part?

yes none of them worked during the installation

let me try copying and pasting.. im almost certain im putting them in right but i will do it the other way just to be sure..
