The Sims 3 Exchange Problem!!!! [SOLVED]

Whenever i download a house or sim from the sims 3 exchange and open it with the launcher it says to update your game :3 i have this problem with almost every lot and sim on the exchange (sorry for my bad english)

What version is your game at?
If it's already on the latest version, version 1.48, try this: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t5933-how-to-decrapify-a-sims3pack-file-and-avoid-the-please-update-game-launcher-error
