SIMS3PACK files uninstalling themselves?[SOLVED]

A lot of my mods are SIMS3PACK files, because I prefer using the installer, but if I exit the game (Normally, without a crash) It just magically uninstalls them.
Is their actually a way to fix this, seeing as they're unofficial mods, or am I just going to have to install them each time I start the game?
Had this problem with another downloaded version of the sims3 as well, so does it just hate foreign S3P files?
If there isn't, I'll just suck it up - it doesn't take that long to install them, it's just a minor annoyance.

A) How I keep missing those and
B) Now they're showing as uninstalled but saying they're installed when I reinstall them.
EDIT: Followed the instructions, cleared the caches etc, and they still show as uninstalled and tell me they're installed when I try to install them (lol?) So I guess that's close enough to fixed XD
