Re: Blue Screen. [SOLVED]
Hello there,
Sorry for the late reply!
So you didn't have an anti-virus program before? That's bad, you should really clean up your PC.
You say you added 4GB of RAM. Blue Screens of Death can be caused by several things. Usually it's, indeed, the RAM. It's either incompatible or not installed correctly, so you might want to double-check that.
BSoDs, however, can also be caused by viruses. Therefore you should completely clean up your system. I recommend using the Kaspersky Boot CD and clean your PC while booting via that disc, instead of running an anti-virus cleanup from a running Windows operating system. (Some viruses can't be found via a running Windows OS)

Re: Blue Screen. [SOLVED]
ok thanks admin for your reply i seaeched google for the causes of the annoying BSOD
and as you said it may be due to viruses (i installed antivirus and antimalware) or Rams (a technical worker who added my ram not me but i checked the system performance and it said your windows experience index needs to be refreshed and when i pressed refresh now button the base score increased)
or may be due to overheating ( i have HP LOL)
or due to drivers (i did the check disk test . and i installed smart defrag and advanced system care as someone suggested in this forum .and i tried to update Ati ccc but i failed so i did the system restore and everything is ok now .and ill try to update it later
