Unofficial Mod Error Empty Unofficial Mod Error

Up until UL I have never had a problem with running my cracks. When I installed UL, I got the unofficial modification error. I even bought the game to see if it would fix it.
I have applied the ultimate fix and I am stilling having issues. When the error comes up I click continue, I can get the load screen but that's as far as I can go. It just sits there, forever and doesn't move. I am not sure what else to do. I have tried removing my mods folder and no such luck either.

Any help would be appreciated!

Did you try removing the entire "Sims 3" folder from your documents?

I didn't. I resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling everything.

Removing my Sims 3 documents folder worked, so I am guessing I just need to clean up my CC?
