The Sims 3 version 1.50.56 graphic problem. [SOLVED]

Hello everyone,
I've
read most of the topic for in-game problems of the Sims 3 and i got
nowhere. What I did during the installation of the base game + packs
was: I've followed the installation guide with the fix and cracks put
everything in the correct folder and i used also this guide of
installing The Sims 3 Expansions packs into order by using this guide
also [w w w.carls-sims-3-guide.com/technicalhelp / installorder. php]
So i did everything in this exact order and cleaned my PC with the
CCleaner(base computer clean/register clean). I'm using ''Windows
Defender'' and put my ''Electronic Art'' folder in this safe zone when
he won't scan or block it. So I cracked the game like you suggested
using the guide and got this error ''Service initialization failed
(0x0175dcbb)''
I look for guides for the fix none worked so i decided to try your 70s
80s 90s crack from the guide on the base game and it worked. The game
started loading and when i needed to choose a game or create a new one i
got this sweet graphic error (unrecognised graphic ... blah .. blah).
I've never had this problem before i used to play The Sims 3 with the
old expansions and I had no problems. So i tried also guides for this
sweet graphic issue and i got nowhere. I'm using [ ]
to download my games. I got The Sims 3[Razzor1911] and all the
expansion
packs from there. The version of my game is 1.50.56 i wasn't able to
find a good crack for this game who will let me load the game except 70s
80s 90s patch from your guide. So what I'm trying to say is i found
out that the problem causing my game not to load are the files
''GraphicsCards'' and ''GraphicsRules'' from The Sims 3 Base Game Bin
because
they haven't been updated(I learned this from a topic i found with
google) and the guide didn't helped me at all to fix the problem. So i
basically don't know what to do. My father suggested that a crack fix
will solve my problems but i haven't found anything that can help me
yet.
P.S: I'm using HP laptop (RAM: 4GB HDD 500GB processor: Inter(R)
Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5870 @ 2.00GHz/ 64-bit system/ video card: ATI
Mobility Radeon HD 4300 Series) and I'm on Windows 8(works more smoothly
than windows 7)

DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.

Thanks guys, it worked! First it gave me the same mistake error installation failed and than i researched your fixed issue of the Sims 3 with the registry problem i found one left uninstalled Sims folder so deleted it and it worked! No problems at all. So i just want to say thank you all for the help. You guys are incredible and keep up the good work I'm sure many people appreciate your help!
