University Moving Not Working [SOLVED]

So I created a family just for university, had them take the Aptitude test and got them enrolled in University but after the University loading screen was done my family wasn't there any more. It just gave me three options create a sim, choose a household, and move in a household like it was a real town.

Also when i looked in the move in a household bin they weren't there either.

Well when you get there, you must choose a house (Such as dormitory, etc) for your sims! But there shouldn't be the options you have said. So that's kinda weird! Wait for the assistance of admin or staff patiently ok?

I too am having the same problem my game was working fine but when I played the next day this happened. I have followed the steps removed caches and the store fixes. My game is up to date and I have no mods, yet it's still not working. I have even uninstalled and installed the game again.
