Can't save

Hi! i just update the sims 3 with fix in my sister's pc and it works but the saves are gone and when my sister is saving her new town it freeze she tried it several times but it keeps freezing

please someone help me

does she has any mods or cc in the game if so,remove it or transport it to somewhere else and try to save it again see if it helps,if it does,look for the mods,that she has if they are updated to 1.50
