Crashes when i click on Buy/Build Mode. [SOLVED] Empty Crashes when i click on Buy/Build Mode. [SOLVED]

Everything in my game seems to work perfectly fine but when i click on build or buy mode the gme just loads for ages and nothing comes up any idea what could be the fault?

would really appreciate any help!

If not, backup and remove "Documents\Electronic Arts\ Sims 3" and test. It may be a mod/cc/too much junk in the save issue
