Unable to Start. Please Re-install Base Game

About a month ago, I installed The Sims 3, every stuff pack and every expansion pack (in order) on my PC. I got everything from games 4 the world. I applied the ultimate fix and the manual patch. I started the game and it played good for a week but then it start crashing in the middle of my games. It froze and sometimes the error would happen when I try to save my game. So you can imagine I played alot of Sims but was rewarded with alot of unsaved games! I played through a month of those errors and crashing. And also, I started to have a feeling it was cause by RAM issues. So I unistalled The Sims 3 and every Stuff pack and Expansion and just installed The Sims 3, Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, Seasons, and Showtime. Applied the updated Ultimate Fix and updated Manual patch from this forum. I started the game and got this error. I need help from here. I know it has to be a registry issue from my previous installations. And I want to know how to avoid those crashes and save errors too. Thank you.

No, not with the error. But why does my game freeze up on me? Is it a Ram thing? I had every stuff pack and expansion pack installed at once.

This can be caused by a lot of things. Indeed, it can also be caused to an insufficient amount of RAM.
