Sims 3 Medieval didn't even had an ISO to mount and now wants game disc

Yes, I downloaded it from the site.
Yes, I followed the instructions.
Yes, I'm adding the Pirate extension and got the fix but before I even go through with them I want to know if it's worth it or I need to reinstall the whole thing.

Normal Sims 3 working.

Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now, start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

And if it asks for a disc, you MUST install Pirates & Nobles first and then follow the instructions that come with the latest version of the The Sims Medieval Ultimate Fix.

The Sims Medieval: Private and Nobles is an expansion pack introduced to The Sims Medieval. You need the base game 'The Sims Medieval' to play though. This expansion pack includes new quests, new hero sims and new pets and lots more. Have fun simming in the medieval times!
