The Sims 3 University Crashes

When I'm playing in University, the game just keep crashing, any help?

My PC:
-Window 7 Home Premium
-Intel Core i5-2430M 2.4GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.0GHz
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M with 1 GB Dedicated VRAM

Expansions or Stuff Packs installed:
-University

Any mods/cc?

I didn't download any mods, but when the game started, it get a pop-up inside Sims 3 and writing: bla bla mods script bla bla

Ok, I have deleted all mods and cc. After that, I started the game, move my sims to the University world, left my sims at the house choosing screen. After 15 minutes, the game crash, it looks like there are something wrong with the University?

Though if you still have the same error message, you're probably using an old crack, make sure you use the one from the University Life download, or the one from the latest fix.

I have get rid of the error messages. But still, the game crash at University. And now I figured out another bug, when I graduated from University for the first time, I go back to Sunset Valley, and Enroll for another subject. After completing loading the University, I can't place my sims in any house, my sims aren't at the left side of the screen. It just look like when I started a new game.
