Service initialization error ( 0x0175dcbb ) also ' needs disk ' to work.

Hi, I recently installed:
70's,80's and 90's pack.
University life.

I have followed the installation process, including the ultimate fix guide. In the launcher it says i need the university life disk to start the game, and if i try via the sims 3 base icon, it comes up with ' service initialization error 0x0175dcbb.

Note: the other extensions are from disk
