Sims wont show up while travelling to other worlds of WA.. Empty Sims wont show up while travelling to other worlds of WA..

Hey guys...this time its travelling....
the problem is that I've tried to make one of my teen sims to travel to france but after the loading screen...my sims wont show up after the cutscene...NOTHING!!!!JUST LIKE THAT.....POOF AND GONE....
before the teen was born i sent the parents to china but that worked and at that time i had pets...now i dont if that affects anything...
HELP guys...unfortunately even LORD GOOGLE could not help me...

UPDATE:I've tried china and egypt as well...Itseems i cant access any of the vacation worlds....please help..... Help Foreveralone

Hello,

You could try a mod that is known to fix these issues, traveler.
