"The installation is incomplete and The Sims 3 cannot run. Please reinstall and try again" PLEASE HELP!

This is the 3rd time I posted a helping request, and got no reply. I'm really depressed right now. But I will try to beg for help from you guys last time.

I deleted all TS3 + expansion packs by Your Uninstaller, restarted my laptop, and removed any sim traces from registryedit. Now I re-installed the base game + Ambitions, Generation, Showtime, Late Night, Pets, and University Life. I followed everything in "MUST READ" post. After I updated manually and applied the crack, I opened the game and got error: "The installation is incomplete and The Sims 3 cannot run. Please reinstall and try again". And the game closed automatically.

Please help me!
I'm very desperate, I have tried install TS3 for 3 days and still can't play it.

When I opened the launcher, nothing was up and same error "The installation is incomplete and The Sims 3 cannot run. Please reinstall and try again" popped up, then the launcher closed by itself.
I downloaded all of things from you in kat.ph torrent. Of course, I download FIXED versions.
