University bug

After enrolling my sims to the university, my sims start moving.
After the loading of Sims University, it didn't show my sims. It show "Create a sim", "Move in a household" and "Choose Household". It's just like when starting a new game.
Except this, the game also crash randomly in the Sims University, first the screen is darker, then the screen is completely dark, it's like the new items (White boards, skeletons and other University Life stuff) is making the game crash. I press the "~", "1", "2", "3", and "4" keys randomly to control the time also cause the game to crash.

Backup and remove "Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3", then try sending a sim off to University.

Nope, it doesn't work. The loading of a world take a long time

Hello,
The long loading is normal, what you did is like a "factory reset" and loading a world for the first time takes longer.
