Can not start game Sevice start failure

Hello, I've recently installed university life and I had some minor problems with it, no comics in the comic book shop for example. Then i redownloaded CAW to start building a new world and everything was working perfectly until i tried to edit in game. The whole computer froze and the screen turned black. there wasnt even a way out except force quit the whole pc. I thought it bight be the mods so i removed them all but it still wouldnt work. After that i tried playing normaly which is where i am now. that error message turns up; Service start failure, something like it in swedish. I reinstalled university once before that and that didn't help, nor did reapplying the fix. What should i do? CAW works the way it should up until edit in game.

I must've done something wrong when i deleted the caches last time... Seems to work now... It will start at least..

ah, yes, now it works again! Not sure about the university problem though. CAW still has a problem but it seems it's no longer the sims..um.. fault, even though it is.
Is there a comon problem with university that the people types for example, wont work?
