Can't open Create-A-Household

I've been trying to create a new household for hours now but when I try to the screen pops out and loads but nothing happens next. I remove my Mods folder and tried again but it still didn't work.

Hello,
Try a fresh The Sims 3 folder, that'll also clear your caches. Just backup and remove the folder from Documents\Electronic Arts and the game will generate a new folder.
