service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb). [SOLVED]

Hello,
I have been getting this problem(service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)) no matter what
I have tried to do.I have checked other threads and none of the solutions work for me..
I just got a new computer and installed the sims 3 for the first time on it,so I doubt it is a registrery problem,but I checked anyway and
everything seems fine.
I followed the installing instructions and patched the game manually and put the ultimate fix in E:\Electronic Arts\The Sims\Game\Bin because I use E: disk for games(could that be the problem?).
I hope you will be able to help me because I am getting desperate xD...

No, this isn't the problem. It doesn't seem to come from the registry either (you're right on both! )
Just checking, you got your game from G4TW?
Oh, and is E: part of your computer or is it an external drive?

Yes I have gotten the game and all ep's from g4tw.
E: is part of my computer.

So how many (and which) games do you have installed?
And is E: an external drive?

I have The sims 3 ambitions,seasons,supernatural,university life and latenight.
And E: isnt an external drive.

So you put the files from the Crack folder of the Ultimate Fix (latest version) into your base game installation folder E:\Electronic Arts\The Sims\Game\Bin, is that correct?

And last question: you said you got a new computer and installed everything. How recent was that? Did you uninstall anything in the process?
For example, did you install an expansion, uninstalled it, and then re installed it or was everything in one go? Or any game content (world for example)?

I got the new computer just yesterday,downloaded and installed everything in one go as the site instructed,no cc or anything else...

Oh, during the installation you asked for a custom one and chose the E: disk, right?
And what version is your game? Try applying the manual patch.

Yes,I chose custom and E:.
And I used manual patch.
EDIT:I think there was a prolem with the installation of University and Seasons.
The icons of those games on the desktop shows as if they're missing files.
Maybe that is the problem?

I will alert the other helpers and the admins, so they can have a look...
Sorry but nothing else comes to mind right now...

It seems that there was an error of some kind installing University and Seasons.I reistalled all the games and everything works.
