In Game account connect problem

hi i have all expension of the sims 3 but.
..My problem is when i try to login in game it say : cannot login Wrong password/or Email
but i can login into website on my account but not ingame !
i have 4legal copy:
world adventure
sims 3
late night
ambition
torrent expension:
generation
pets
seasons
university
supernatural

It's weird... Ususally it said "Unable to connect: Connection lost" instead of wrong password/usename. Are you sure you are logging in correctly.killer478 wrote:hi i have all expension of the sims 3 but.

Yes im connected to origin and connected to the launcher too i started the game and i prees login and it said wrong email/password :0

I had this problem when they first added the online feature, and I had to change my password to my sims account in order to log in. If nothing else works, I'd try that.
To me, the online features don't really add much, and are more of an annoyance though. (Just my opinion)

Yes my email and passwords are the same at origin and thesims3
And i registered my game at origin and thesims3 website too
