Sims 3 installation incomplete after install High End loft stuff~~[SOLVED]

after i install HELS when i open the sims 3 launcher it appear ''The installation is incomplete and The Sims 3 cannot run.Please reinstall and try again.''
i tried apply the crack and open it but it's still the same problem.
If i just open the SP01 it ask me Continue / Quit .
When i press continue it appear ''Unable to start game Service intialization failed (0x039e8474).
I have Base game and World Adventure.It work fine before i install HELS.
Even i uninstall HELS the problem is still there.
How can i solve it??????

Ohya..it's still another problem but i don know it affected or not.
When i Extracting HELS to get the setup file..WinRAR Appear CRC error on the ''support>UpdateMac''
i just ignore it and when i install i didnt get any error..the installation was fine.
Did i need to re-download the whole HELS???
i hope no because it's really taking a huge time for me to download it

The WinRAR error is probably caused by a corruption during the download -process. But, if the game installs just fine, there's no need to reinstall it.
In order to Fix everything, please follow the instructions as described here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly-must-read (That also includes installing the Generations expansion)

i found a problem that's after i update sims 3 it got another file name as ''TS3W'' and the launcher also got a ''launcherW''...i can't open sims 3 at all..
i crack the file TS3 but it juz replace TS3 and the TS3W still there..

Yes, those TW3W.exe should be there. Those are the files for Generations.

Well, Generations is a múst in order to make it all work. Install Generations and then apply the included crack.
