Sims can't/won't go to work? Empty Sims can't/won't go to work?

Every time my sims are supposed to go to work, I get the notification for the carpool, and then it doesn't show up. If I try to manually make them go to work, the game says "It's not your work hours, come back in 1 day 1 hour." After that time, the cycle starts again.

I have TS3 and generations installed from this website. I also recently uninstalled and reinstalled the two games, hoping to fix the problem.

Hi, I done a little searching and I have managed to come up with a few ideas which might or might not work.

Try resetting the sim, fistname lastname in the cheat menu or if NRass mod, either will work.

Try removing your sims "Prefered car"

Try saving your household in edit town, delete the house then place your sim house/family back

Remove any mods you may have and see what happens.

I hope this helps if not there is a fix for it though I do not know the integrity of this mod as I would not use it myself as I never had that issue and if I did I would try the basics and if that fails quit job and restart or move house.

Just a quick question. Did you by any chance ever make your sim have a custom career outfit?

You might also try quitting the job. Afterwards you re-apply for the same job (you should re-enter at the same job level as when you left the job).
