Patch is stuck. [SOLVED]

Hi!
I've installed the base game from Razor and downloaded all the expansion packs from your site. I got an error when I tried to install Pets (the installation of the previous expansion packs went flawless) so I went to patch the game first with your manual patch. It starts patching but it got stuck along the way. I've also tried to redownload the patch from your site, but the link opens a window that keeps on loading, without doing anything. What am I doing wrong? Every suggestion is more than welcome! Thanks!

What do you mean it got stuck?

I mean that when I start the patch, at first it starts to patch the game, but about halfway the bar that shows the pathching progress won't go any further. The patch doesn't quit and doesn't give an error, it just won't patch any further than 1/2 and it just stays there.

Ok, that's about the right size... So file is not corrupted.
What version is your game currently at?

No, the game version: hover over the base game icon to know!

What do you mean? In the launcher? If I hover over that basegame icon it just says The SimsTM 3.

I looked in the Default.ibi file of the base game, and there it says that the game version is 1.23.65.012002. Could that be correct?

You can find the base game version simply opening the launcher and hovering the Sims 3 base game icon on trailer like that:



Not the red part, it shows the version of last EP installed. We're talking about the number below, when you hover over The Sims 3 icon.

Thank for your reply. I did exactly that, but no number appears, just 'De SimsMT 3'. But doesn't the Default.ibi file give the right version number (1.23.65.012002)?

I've noticed that there is a new version of the patch (1.55) online. Should I try to install that patch after I've installed all the expansion games? 
I tried to download it, but the link doesn't work for me unfortunately

Edit: Unfortunately pets gave an error when I tried to install it..

Use the new Manual Patch 1.55, or update through your Launcher to that version.
What is the error you got?

Since the lastest patch is not working, I have decided to update through the launcher. Halfway, I came across with this error. It says that "Some of the files have been modified. Please reinstall" 

I did not reinstall yet. When i open the game, it was still working. So, what should i do? Should i wait for the manual patch?

If the game is working fine, I would suggest not doing anything
