Debug issue ! please help !

"Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x0000000. Do you wish to debug it?"

This error pops up even before the launcher loads. I was playing The Sims perfectly fine until I installed Supernatural and Seasons and then I received a "no disk" error && then I applied the ultimate fix and im still having this issue. any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

You need to patch your game, and I suggest doing with manually with this patch. 

After download is complete, open the file and let it update the game. Then crack your game again with Mac version of Ultimate Fix. You can read the guide in the file, it explains clearly what to do. But still, you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

UPDATE ! 

So I uninstalled everything and reinstalled only the base game and Pets expansion. I installed the manual patch and applied the cracks to the game from the ultimate fix and I am still having the same issue. The debug code changed to "0x0000000c at address 0x004e5fa6" though . ):
