Sims Won't Load. [SOLVED]

I have looked through several posts and I haven't seen any that describe my problem. If there is a post about this already, I apologize.

I have all expansions and stuff packs installed except Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry, and University Life. My game is updated to 1.55 via the manual update. I downloaded the base game and all expansion from this site. I installed Island Paradise and used the Ultimate Fix. Now my game wont load. Whether I use the launcher or double-click TS3W.exe the "splashscreen" refuses to start. The screen will go black but the splashscreen wont ever come up, and the only way to close Sims is to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete and sign off or restart the computer. Can anyone help?

Hello,

Do you have any Custom Content and mods? If yes, rename this folder: C:\Users\(name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and try again.

Hello,

It seems that one or more of your CC are causing problems. Try testing each of them one by one by putting them one by one in The Sims 3 new folder and test the game.
