Connecting to the Sims Server

Hello G4TW, Thanks for all your work! I have each expansion working perfectly, with the documentation you provided with no problems converting to Mac files (unlike many other dumb people that dont research).

I just installed University Life and Island Paradise, everything works GREAT besides I cannot connect to the server after launching the game. At the Game Launcher, I can connect no problem, but once I get to the in-game menu, the connection to the server cannot be established. Any idea what could be wrong?

note: it connects fine at the launcher but not in-game, so I must think it has to deal with the game?

The error message in-game is "Connection to the server has been lost"
I have also added Sims 3 to my firewall exceptions

I am happy to hear that your game works well

The problem you mentioned is Origin related. It doesn't affect the game, game still works perfect without internet connection. You're playing game by contactng Store or Sims 3 player wall? If not, it doesn't matter at all.
