Slight Issue With Island Paradise. [SOLVED]

So I had a massive trouble trying to DL the G4TW version of IP that I went and purchased a copy. Installed fine, plays lovely, having a great time running resorts and scuba diving!
Except, I don't see any staff at my resort? I have clicked the Resort Management tab and clicked Maintenance Crew (chosen 3 @ $100 each - luxury resort don't you know!), but I have no staff, no receptionist, no cleaning crew, nothing.
I also have an issue with the in pool bar, I click it, but nothing happens, I don't have the option to call services for a mixologist as "you can only call services from your home lot", how do I staff it? I can't even get my sim to sit on the stools?
Is a fix required?
I trimmed my EP's down a ton to make sure IP ran like a dream so now I have (Original, Generations, Seasons, University, 70's 80's etc & Master Suite Stuff packs)

Hello,
To call for a mixlogist, either purchase a professional bar or click on the pool bar (if you have bought one) and hire one mixlogist.

Ok, this can be closed, because just booted up IP and now I can hire and fire staff as and when I feel like it! Haven't done anything, but they just appeared!
