Sims Medieval Saves don't Show-up. [CLOSED] Empty Sims Medieval Saves don't Show-up. [CLOSED]

I downloaded the game. Applied the ultimate fix following the instructions. I finished the tutorial. I go to save the game, and the save icon appears for a split second and it's back to normal game play. I assumed that all was fine and good. When I went to start playing some more later on, the only option I had was to start a new game, my previous saved game is nowhere to be found. Any idea what is going on?
