The Sims Medieval Issue. [CLOSED]

Greetings everyone!
I recently downloaded The Sims Medieval from your Downloads archives. I followed the instructions exactly and also applied the Medieval Ultimate Fix to It.
The game worked perfectly fine, no delays in loading and such. However, when I attempt to create a Monarch, my game is foreveralone stuck "Entering Create-A-Sim" It looks as if it's loading, but it never makes it through the screen.
Naturally I uninstalled and re-installed it and applied the fix again. The same thing happened. Eventually I gave up and just decided to choose a generic Monarch. That also doesn't work, as when I choose one nothing happens. It still says my kingdom needs a monarch.
Help, pretty please with a plumbob on top?
TL;DR: I can't create or select a Monarch, and it gets stuck in Create-A-Sim

It seems like many people are experiencing this problem, judging from this post: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1675-the-sims-medieval-crashes-after-update-20
Its a very recent problem and has to do with the latest patch and fix. There's no solution yet but stay tuned to the forum because Admin will probably sort it out in a matter of days.
