Sims 3 doesn't regonize my graphic card

So, i've bought a game pc 4 months ago. And i started playing Sims 3, but he doesn't regonize my graphic card. 
I have tried something that you can find if you type: 'sims 3 too new graphic card' in google (first link), But I don't know what to do by 'open GraphicsRules.sgr file'. 

I do understand what you suppose to do, but I can't find a older version of my graphic card.

I have a: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti

So i've replace 
card 0x0fd4 "GeForce GTX 660M" 
into 
card 0x1183 "GeForce GTX 660 Ti" 
in the GraphicsCards.sgr


But i don't know what to do next. 


Anyone who does know how to do this?

Are you sure you've got your graphics card installed right?

I had this problem once, and what i did was removing it, (drivers and stuff)
And reinstalling it.

It could be there is a wrong file, or a missing file in your graphics card directory.
