Is Radeon(TM) HD 7450M graphic card good for games like The Sims 3, GTA, Assasin's Creed etc? And how many GBs should I upgrade for computer so I can play games without lag?

You can follow that link, and select the game you want to check in the drop down list, and the site will tell you how your computer will likely run the game.

Re: Graphic card
Hi there,
Doesn't the "M" stand for "Mobile"? Which means it's most likely a laptop integrated GPU. Those usually don't score very high in games, so if possible, I recommend to use a desktop PC instead.
And definitely use GameBooster if you play via the laptop: www.iobit.com/gamebooster.php
