When loading pet adoption lots, the game always crashes. [SOLVED]

Hello Simmers,
The glitch I have is simple, but annoying. Before I updated The Sims 3 to 1.55, I encountered this problem as well. When I ask my sims to visit the houses where pets are placed for adoption, the game crashes instantly and Windows asks me to close the program. It's not because of The Sims 3: Pets as well since I have redownloaded it and reinstalled it to ensure. I do have Custom Content, mostly from G4TW and one of them is from The Sims Exchange of the official Sims 3 website.
Oh, and for some weird reasons, I found one of my sims cannot go fishing when he's in his houseboat. He will grumble about being blocked by "obstacles" but in fact there are none. Any ideas?

Hmmm, such an unusual glitch! Are you using any mods about pets?
And I've read about that fishing problem in one of Sims guru's blog. He says sims should be in the right place (?) for fishing on the boat, like putting space between fence and sim kinda like that.. I'll send you the link when I find.

Yes, but nearly all of them provide access to crashing immediately.

It seems like one of my worlds is causing the problem (the one from The Sims 3 Exchange). I have deleted one set of sims3package. And it seems to work fine now. However, Errortrap is worth a try.
