I need help.. may i move my household from 1 town to another town? 
Example: from Riverview to Sunset Valley?

Hello,

The safest way (in my opinion) to do this is to save your sims family into the "bin" in "edit town" mode, then make a new savegame (in another town) - and then put the family from the bin there; this way you will lose the relationships though. So you can also use the "Porter" mod: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Porter

But I would (for now) not use the in-game option "move to.." (introduced in the latest base game patch), because your sims might get problems with that. I tested that a little bit, and my sims got...well, a few "glitches" in their job; while I'm not sure if this is related to the "move to..." option, you should watch out for that.

So try my first suggestions (save family to the bin or the Porter mod). Smile

I noticed something about the in game option (don't know if it was a glitch, but I like it). In the new world there are no new lots added to it (completely clean original Sunset Valey) so you can place what you want where you want.

I have a question about moving but not the entire household.
Decided to make my vamp family have loads of kids, but after 6 (8 sims living in the house) my couple can no longer produce weird baby vampires!

How can I move the grown-up "kids" without losing the family relationships and how can I continue to react with them even if they are in another town? That is - if it is possible.
