The Sims 3 FIX

Hello!

I just finished installing the Sims 3, and I was going to patch it so I could run the latest mods, and I followed the FIX file step-by-step. However, with the two new files in the correct directory, the launcher still tells me my game is up to date (which it clearly is not).

What do I have to do?

Well, if you want the látest version of the Game, I recommend you Download óne or all expansions. If you Download WA, for example, you'll automatically have the latest version of the Game.

I'm waiting for WA and HELS to finish downloading so I can install them.

I'm just not patient.

Install in this order: The Sims 3, WA, HELS.

That's what I plan on doing. However WA and HELS are still downloading in LimeWire and TS3 is done. I installed it, ran the launcher, told me my game was up-to-date (hrm, 1.0.6 is NOT the latest version...), then I put the FIX files into the game directory, re-ran the launcher, and it STILL told me my game was up to date. It's not.

Added note: As soon as WA and HELS are ready to install, I'll install and then try the HELS fix...

EDIT: I have TeamViewer, can you (or whomever) install AND PATCH this for me?

Waaah, I think I messed up...

I installed TS3 because I realized I completely forgot about the crack - duh! So I just tried reinstalling it via the mounted images. When it asked for the second disc, I tried to point it to "Disc 1" but then it said that what was needed wasn't on that disc... As in, the FullBuild1.package was no longer on the disc. So where is it? I REALLY don't want to have to redownload this from TPB.

Just keep the downloaded files ready and contact our Live Support through MSN when they're online and ask them to Install the Games for you through TeamViewer.
