Multiple lag spikes

I'm sorry that i'm back with in-game problems now Very Happy

I am experiencing lag spikes with Island Paradise + Seasons. I checked the specs of my computer, i've listed it here:

- Processor: AMD A8-3520M APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 1.60 GHz
- Videocard: AMD Radeon HD 7670M
AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6620G
(Dual videocards)
- Ram: 8 GB
- Type System: 64-bit
- Model ACER Aspire 5560

I've already added the Overwatch mod but it didnt had effect, it would be supprising if i couldn't run The Sims 3 with 2 expansions if i can run Battlefield 3 on medium and Arma on High. Does anyone know something how to fix this? I'm using Razer Game Booster to though, i automaticly close my unneeded processes via EndItAll anyway. So my system is only aimed at The Sims 3. But i still got lag spikes. I hope i don't need to reinstall everything because i had problems with that already, i don't wanna mess it up again.

Hello,

1.60 GHz barely meets the minimum specifications. Have a look here:

You need to upgrade your pc's processor. Since running the base game and 2 expansions is like running 3 games at an instance, lagging is possible. Of course you can try this and this. But they may not help.

Ok thanks, i'll go check for a better CPU, it's a laptop though, so i won't be able to change by myself. So i'll have to go to a store to do that. Anyway does anyone know the price of a 2.6 GHz CPU?

I don't got problems with my FPS though, its 40-46 fps when i'm playing, there are just some lag spikes every few sec.
In my experience you only have FPS problems when you have a bad laptop...but yeh, my GHz is little bit to low, i'll go upgrade it.
