Sims 3 keeps crashing.. Need Help Please!

At first when playing the base game, it went smoothly without a problem with the CC and all. The problem started to occur after I installed the expansion pack "Ambition". After I installed it, the launcher would't start and I keep getting the "Error during startup" pop-up. This was fixed after i applied the Ultimate Fix, but after that the game would crashes to the desktop every time it came to the end of the bar on the loading screen. 
 
I thought that deleting my saved files and CC would fix it, but it didn't help all.

Is there any suggestions on the issues i'm having and how to fix it. Any help would be very much appreciated..

Yes, I've added the game in DEP but the it still doesn't fix the problem.. It still crashes by the time it reach the end of the loading bar.
What else should I do?
